Size Guide
The upper arm circumference is the total measurement around the widest part of your bicep. Performance Sleeves are a size-conforming product — upon first wear, the fabric permanently stretches and moulds to the shape of your arm. As a result, they cannot be returned to their original state and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Where do you ship from?
You are on our official US website which means your product ships out of our warehouse in Texas.
When can I expect my order?

What if my item was damaged?
SParms US offers shipping insurance which covers all lost, missing, or damaged parcels if you have opted in for this.
Any items that have been damaged during shipment without cover may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Do I get a warranty on my SParms products?
Yes. You are covered by a limited fair use warranty that covers all of our products against any pre existing faults from manufacturing.
This does not cover any damaged caused by misuse, whether intentional or accidental. SParms products should never be worn as protection from branches or twigs, or any other item that mayh cause abrasions or perforations.
Our products are intended to be used for sun protection only.
To lodge a warranty claim, please send us an email to info@sparms.com.au detailing the damage and present your proof of purchase upon request. We will endeavour to process claims as soon as possible.
