Q. Why is SParms called SParms?

A. Many people have wondered this question and the answer is quite simple. SParms stands for SP(Sun Protection) Arms as we first started to protect our arms for sports events. Now we try protect all the skin during any form of athletic activities.

 

Q. Where are you located?

A. SParms is an Australian company based in Gold Coast.

 

Q. Is it safe to shop with you?

A. Yes! On top of keeping your privacy safe, we always strive to ensure that your credit card transactions only occur in a secure environment. Our payment systems are protected by an SSL certificate and 256-bit encryption which is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. Google and Apple Pay, as well as Shop Pay are all available for secure transactions.

You can always check the top left of your address bar and look for the lock icon that shows you whether your connection is secure or not.


Orders and Shipping


Q. How can I change/cancel my order?

A. If you would like to change or amend an order, please let our team know as soon as possible via email at info@sparms.com.au and quote your order number and details of the request. Our team will endeavour to fulfill all requests, however, please understand that we are unable to change or cancel any orders once they have been packed (usually the same business day)

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day as long as it is placed before 1pm AEST. Any orders placed afterwards will be sent out the day after. Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive within 7-14 days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for express and 14 business days for all international orders.

 

Q. Can I return or exchange my item?

A. Yes, as long as the garment has not been worn and is in its original, unopened package we will happily exchange or refund Please refer to our returns and exchange policy for more details.

 

Q. Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?

A. Yes, we offer local pickup from our warehouse at Shop 26, 12-20 Lawrence Dr, Nerang QLD 4211

 


Product Care


Q. How do I care for my SParms Products?

A. To make sure you get the most out of your SParms, please hand wash with cold water only. While you can machine wash them with your delicates, we strongly recommend hand washing to maximise longevity.

 

Q. Can I dry clean my SParms?

A. We do not recommend dry cleaning as the chemicals used can make the fibre deteriorate faster resulting in a lower than rated protection facter from the sun.

 

Q. Do I need to iron my SParms?

A. Our garments are all wrinkle free and never need to be ironed.


Product and Sizing


Q. How do I find my size?

A. It is important to get the correct size for your SParms. We have a huge range of sizes available and a guide can be found here.

 

Q. Can I use SParms in the water?

A. Sparms is not designed for the sea or pool. It’s fine to get wet but we don’t recommend wearing in the pool as the chemicals can quickly deteriorate the fabric. Unlike swim wear SParms have been made with a super light weight fabric to ensure maximum comfort

 

Q. How do I wash my SParms??

A. A Cold machine wash with like colours. Do not use bleach as it may discolour the fabric. Do not dry clean. Do not heat wash. Simple washing detergent is sufficient. If there are spot stains, stain removing agents may be used, but do not soak for extended periods of time.

 

Q. Where are your products manufactured??

A. Our products are manufactured in South Korea.
