Refund policy


Conditions 


The following conditions must be met: 

  1. Item(s) and any accompanying free gifts must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

  2. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted. 

  3. Items marked ‘Clearance’ or ‘sale’ cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty. 

  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn
  • Products that have been washed
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or size exchange:

  1. Log In: Log into the return portal HERE.
  2. Receive Authorization: Open a return request and our team will provide an email with instructions including your Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  3. Prepare Your Package: Include your RMA number inside the package. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship Your Return: Use the provided shipping label (if applicable) to send the item back to us. If you are using your own shipping method, please ensure the package is trackable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed less shipping fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

6. Exchange Process

For size exchanges:

  1. Return the Original Item: Follow the return process above to send back the original item.
  2. Place New Order: We will send you the new size once we receive and approve the original item for return.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Returns and Exchanges: If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@sparms.com.au for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
